Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Directors to develop and implement strategic plans and organizational policies.
- Assist in overseeing daily operations, including managing staff, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate and communicate with various leaders to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Provide support in organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops, and events.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff members.
- Monitor and evaluate programs and activities to ensure compliance with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
Requirements
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate effective meetings and presentations.
- Proficient in using various computer software and systems
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and partners.

Salary : $17 - $21
