As a Team Member of Chick-fil-A Oakley Station, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant that hosts thousands of guests daily and serves the community well.

Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations of a Chick-fil-A Team Member:

  • Assist and follow direction from the restaurant’s leadership
  • Greet and help create an enjoyable experience for each guest
  • Serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
  • Always look for ways to connect with guests
  • Understand and tend to the needs and feedback/complaints of customers
  • Value Operational Excellence and model it at all times
  • Model the Chick-fil-A Core 4 and Language of Hospitality
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Meet physical demands of a high-functioning, fast-paced work environment
  • Learn and apply store policies, procedures, and food safety standards
  • Follow Cleaning Checklists as directed
  • Execute all Cash Management Systems and Couponing per store guidelines
  • Prepare and package food with a consistent standard of excellence
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and having a strong work ethic
  • Keep a positive attitude at all times at the store
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and other Team Members
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the values and visions of the restaurant
  • Treat ALL Team Members and Chick-fil-A guests with dignity, honor, and respect
  • Have fun!
