Responsibilities:
We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:
- Put away truck inventory in a neat and safe manner
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Great organizational skills
- Must have a positive and energetic attitude
- Very knowledgable and experienced in FIFO
- Prep work required with this position
- Must be able to prioritize tasks at hand
- Must keep a clean and safe kitchen at all times

- Team members learn and work multiple positions within the kitchen, to include breading chicken, assembling sandwiches, and prep work
- Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
- Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Supervisor
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Be involved and contribute at team meetings
- Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator
- Comply with all Chick-fil-A rules and regulations to promote a safe and productive work atmosphere as laid out in the Handbook
