Expectations
- Work 35 hours a week minimum
- Must be able to directly confront and solve issues that are brought to you
- Problem-solving mindset and big-picture mindset
- Must have developed leadership qualities that will aid in leading either zones or the store during peak and non-peak hours, including making key decisions in stressful situations, high communication with the kitchen and different zone leads, and being able to coach team members through various circumstances through high-stress environments. Must have an energy and enthusiasm that motivates the team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop people and teams to meet the goals of the business.
- Provide servant leadership that results in FOH and BOH operational excellence
- Provide relevant communication to the Operation and Senior Leadership Team
- Provide recommendations to the Operator and SLT in how to better steward the business
- Convey what we do, but also WHY we do it
- Own and oversee a critical business area of the restaurant
