Responsibilities:

• Entering catering orders into Chick-fil-A's internal system.
• Filling out catering forms and accepting catering orders/payments.
• Preparing delivery orders with necessary paper goods and condiments.
• Execution of delivery orders while sustaining a good reputation with guests and organizations.
• Leading and training team members to ensure efficient and accurate order preparation and delivery.
• Overseeing the catering operations to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
• Coordinating with management to improve catering processes and customer satisfaction.
• Handling escalated customer issues and providing effective solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must speak English fluently, or bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• Must have open availability.
• Must have previous catering experience.
• Must have experience leading a team of at least 4-6 employees.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be an active driver with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with English and/or Spanish speaking individuals.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
