Shift Leader

Shift Leaders are responsible for leading their teams to deliver remarkable service to our guests through serving safe and great food, all while being hospitable and personal.

Position Type:

• A Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A Valley is someone looking to grow and stretch themselves while leading others to be their very best. The position is part time or full time, but both require dedication and commitment to the business and to pursuing personal excellence in themselves.
• There is opportunity to advance and grow in the organization as experience is gained.
• The position is for Front of House or Back of House, depending on preference and need.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean and Food Safe environment at all times
• Ensuring we are preparing and serving fresh, hot meals to our guests
• Being the "face" of the Chick-fil-A brand
• Fulfilling all catering orders to meet guests needs
• Handling all guests complaints with humility and kindness
• Cleaning areas of the restaurant in order to provide a safe and clean environment for Team Members and Guests
• Holding Team Members accountable
• Ensuring the team is taken care of with shift set ups prepared, breaks ran in a timely manner, positions rotated, and proper training is utilized
