Talent Director
The Talent Director is responsible for recruiting, selecting, developing, and retaining talent across the restaurant meeting both current and future needs. This person will need to be well versed in conflict management as well general HR knowledge to be effective. As a Director you will assist in operations of the restaurant when needed.

Job Responsibilities
Recruitment:
Our goal for recruitment is to establish our presence within our local community and build an engaging online presence.
- Partner with local high schools
- Leverage online ATS for potential candidates
- Manage online job postings and website information
- Work with Marketing and Operations teams to determine need, frequency, and type of job postings
- Ensure compliance with local and federal laws with job postings
Selection:
Our goal for selection is to hire the people we need today and the leaders we need tomorrow.
- Review candidates before inviting to in-person interviews
- Conduct in-person interviews as well as phone interviews
- Ensure all proper paperwork is filled out for onboarding new hires
- Execute orientation bi-weekly for new hires
- Ensure compliance with local and federal laws with interview, selection, and onboarding processes
Development:
Our goal with development is to celebrate, challenge, and correct staff on proper procedures and performance.
- Check in with all team members on a regular basis
- Create and manage personal development plans for all employees
- Manage and innovate on existing evaluation systems within the organization
- Coordinate with the Training Director on Orientation and New Team Member training
Retention:
Our goal for retention is to focus resources on appreciating our employees so that they would feel cared for and valued.
- Create and execute appreciation and recognition systems and processes
- Facilitate feedback from the team to provide insight to share with leadership for opportunities
