TEAM MEMBER JOB DESCRIPTION:

All Team Members are expected to execute operational excellence by developing trust with our guests through meeting our quality requirements all day every day. Team Members will consistently deliver 2nd Mile Service to our guests by going above and beyond their expectations, insuring that our guests feel cared for and appreciated.

REQUIREMENTS

• Food Handlers Certification
• Valid Photo ID
• Transportation to and from work
• Available to work most Saturdays
• Available at least 10 hours a week

Competitive Base Pay

Team Members starting wages are listed below. These wages might vary based on job experience, availability, education, and seasonal employment. 

• High School Team Member: $7.50 - 10.00/hr 
• Daytime Team member: $11.00 - 13.00/hr 
• Evening Team Member: $10.00 - 13.00/hr
• Guest Services in the Dining Room: $10.00/hr  

Chick‑fil‑A Remarkable Future Scholarship

Eligible Chick‑fil‑A Team Members have the potential to receive a $1,000 and/or $2,500 Leadership Scholarships, with the ability to re-apply for up to four years – for a potential total of up to $10,000 for college while serving as Chick‑fil‑A Team Member. These scholarships are awarded to Chick‑fil‑A Team Members based on leadership, academic achievement, and community involvement.

True Inspiration Scholarships

Eligible Chick‑fil‑A Team Members also have the potential to apply and receive an individual, one-time award of up to $25,000. These scholarships are awarded based on leadership, academic achievement, community involvement, and demonstrated financial need.

Educational Assistance Opportunities

In addition to scholarships, Chick‑fil‑A is offering access to tuition discounts and other benefits for Team Members at more than 70 colleges and universities across the country, which can be combined with either of the above scholarships. Opportunities and eligibility vary by school, but benefits and tuition discounts of up to 30 percent are effective immediately.
