What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auditor position at Chicken Ranch Security?
The Auditor handles daily requirements of maintaining the accuracy of financial records. They perform any combination of routine calculations, posting, verifications and reconciliations. They Auditor are also required to maintain a high level of confidentiality and flexibility with daily priorities of the Casino.
Tasks:
- Checks figures, postings and documents for accuracy and proper coding.
- Audits daily paperwork from cage and revenue generating departments.
- Complies with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations.
- Verifies deposits of Casino, Bingo, Food and Beverage and other deposits.
- Performs a wide range of data entry and clerical functions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience, Qualifications and Education:
- At least 2 years of Accounting experience.
- General knowledge of Accounting and auditing practices, including procedures and applications.
- Sage Intacct, Micros POS, Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting systems and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, administrative and organizational skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
