Engineering Services Manager

Chief Fabrication is seeking a Engineering Manager to join the Chief team. This position will lead the engineering and estimating functions in our metal component fabrication business, ensuring accurate, efficient, and innovative solutions are provided to both internal teams and clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Foster an environment of technical excellence where innovative and efficient engineering salutation are developed for metal component parts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, incorporating them into our practices and offerings.
• Ensure the provision of accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects, reflecting both the market conditions and out operational capabilities.
• Develop estimating procedures that are both robust and adaptable to different project scopes and client needs.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of skilled engineers and estimators.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial / manufacturing engineering preferred or 10 years in manufacturing management with progressive responsibility.
• Requires knowledge of manufacturing methods, cost estimating, AutoCAD and CNC programming.
