Basic Function
Train, support and manage all Family Advocates and support staff in the assigned Center. Assign cases to appropriate program and approve closures. Assist Vice President in completion of annual staff reviews, completion of status and statistical reports as required. Manage the County(s) functions and programs as assigned by the Vice president and President/CEO.

Nature And Scope
Master’s Degree in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, or related field required. Two (2) year supervisory experience and two (2) year direct service preferred.
Principal Accountabilities
Develop and maintain local Advisory Board of Directors.
Coordinate bi-monthly board meetings with the local Board President.
Coordinate and implement fundraising activities for Local County.
Recruit, interview, and refer final staff to Vice President.
Train and supervise local employees.
Assist Vice President in the completion of status and statistical reports as required by the agency.
Coordinate, develop, and implement all local public education including utilization of mass media and community presentations.
Conduct regular staff meetings with local staff.
Attend regular County Directors’ meetings.
Assist in development, implementation, and monitoring of annual county budget.
Assist Vice President in completion of annual staff reviews.
Assign cases to appropriate program and approve closure.
Review client files for local Center.
Maintain required personnel information for local Center.
To provide assistance to President/CEO and Vice President in any way that would allow the Center to grow, develop and implement the mission of the Exchange Club – Carl Perkins Center.
Report to the Vice President.
Reporting to this position are all Family Advocates, support staff and other personnel located in their designated Centers.
Perform any other duties as directed by the Vice President and/or President/CEO.
