Children's Harbor seeks a passionate and caring Residential Assistant for our Maternity and Youth program. We serve 30 At-risk foster care teens. The residential assistant provides a nurturing, highly structured environment of care and supervision while ensuring each youth’s safety and well-being are met. Meet the youth's immediate medical, emotional, educational, and permanent needs during their placement. Implement the WELLE Model and Motivational Interviewing Techniques (MI), trauma-informed, building positive relationships, increasing competencies, and maintaining structure and consistency in the home.

Vacancies:

Maternity Home:

Sat  and Sun shift 11 PM - 7 AM (Wake staff)

Youth Home:

Sat and Sun Floater shift 7 AM - 3 PM

Monday - Friday shift 11 PM - 7 AM
