Job Summary The Business Analyst (BA) – IT is a liaison between the IT teams and internal business/clinical teams with responsibility for gathering and defining requirements, coordinating design sessions, creating process/data flow diagrams, generating reports, monitoring budgets and documenting project efforts. The BA will also support the implementation of the enterprise service request processes and continue monitoring new project requests and enhancements; assists in identifying and resolving barriers/challenges and evaluating or reevaluating products, services and vendors. Pay Range Minimum $37.96 Midpoint $50.29 Maximum $62.63 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements. Experience • Required: Minimum one (1) year of experience in IT or related field. Education • Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience can be accepted in lieu of Bachelor's degree. Training • Required: None required. Specialized Skills • Required: Strong knowledge of and ability to develop functional requirements of systems . Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users; influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions; translate business value statements into project deliverables for cross functional teams. Excellent documentation, planning, organizational and time management skills. Licensure • Required: None required.
