We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our sales driven team at CPI. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Children's Plus, Inc. is one of the fastest growing distributors of children's and young adult books in the country. We supply books and other literary materials to both school and public libraries across the country through our nationwide connection of sales representatives. A family-owned company with over 150 employees on site, we pride ourselves on our relationships with both our customers and our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals.
- Produce and lead the creation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Produce and oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure seamless marketing efforts.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms to increase engagement and reach.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support national sales representatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business/Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in marketing, preferably in a lead/managerial role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
- Experience in Salesforce & Pardot a plus.
