Job Description
Acts as an active member of the management team to support the care management model, standards of pediatric clinical practice, legal and regulatory standards, Code of Ethics and established policies. Supervises professional, administrative and technical personnel providing care. Partners with Ambulatory Manager/Director on business and financial operations.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
- 3 years Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy experience; prior experience in a pediatric setting desirable.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Current Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
Additional Posting Description
This role will support the Milwaukee Campus Inpatient Physical Therapy team and provide direct patient care in physical therapy for approximately 40% of the role. Typical hours are Monday-Friday first shift. Occasional weekend hours (with a flex off day during the week) may also be required to support the therapy weekend rotation.
