SUMMARY
Responsible for streamlining administrative procedures, processing invoices, and supporting departmental operations and deadlines to ensure maximum productivity of the Human Resources department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Works with the Director of Human Resources in developing and maintaining organizational and department procedures and systems for office personnel across all HR functions.
- Manages the HR invoice process; liaises with HR leaders to facilitate payment approvals and confirm scope of services delivered, liaises with Finance to maintain collaboration on payment process, follow up with vendors to confirm details as needed, and proactively track and monitor invoice status to support on-time payments and timely issue resolution.
- Manages the employment verification process; includes evaluating the current process to identify improvement opportunities, leading the optimization effort, and documenting the process.
- Manages HR file digitization efforts to improve HR’s overall document management efficiency goals for the department; provides regular status to direct supervisor; escalates challenges and recommends resolutions.
- Responsible for supporting the HR request and inquiry intake process, triaging with subject matter experts within HR and outside of department as needed for resolution; contributes insights into the design of the future state HR intake process, support tools and technology
- Develops and maintains HR support documentation to enhance the employee experience (e.g., FAQs, refreshing knowledge portal content).
- Plans, organizes and implements special projects relative to department needs; follows up with others to ensure the project is completed as scheduled.
- Develops and maintains a working knowledge of department/division operating procedures; responds to related questions and ensure smooth functioning of department; participates in streamlining and documenting procedures as appropriate.

- Cross-trains with other HR functions for support as needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of relevant human resources experience.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance.
- This is a hybrid role which requires travel to CII sites about 20% of the time (about once per week) Excellent data entry skills
