Shop Manager Overview:

At our automotive repair shop we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair. We are a busy, full-service automotive repair shop, and we are looking for a shop manager who is able to help us provide a quality experience for our customers. We are looking for a shop manager to help us create an environment of success by growing both car count and revenue!

Shop Manager Requirements:

  • Leadership skills and an ability to motivate others.
  • Knowledge in automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, & engine diagnostics.
  • Communication and sales skills.
  • Track record of high personal productivity.
  • Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities.

Shop Manager Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Degree a definite plus.
  • Valid Drivers License that meets insurance guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
