General Expectations of Finance Associate:
Accounting Capabilities:

•Sales & Payment entries

•Maintaining Petty cash account

•Computing and preparing tax returns.

•Filing Income tax and GST returns

•On-demand, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

•Preparing the internal Management Information System (MIS) –

•Compiling reports/summaries on the financial performance of the company and presenting to the management and adapting to the tools used internally

Time management: Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Reconciliation of debtors, creditors, bank, assets, etc. in a timely manner.

Strategic Thinker: understanding the bigger picture and aligning their efforts to the business goals.

Creativity: in developing innovative processes in our existing systems that could either streamline it or make it better.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is vital for conveying brand messages, engaging with customers, and collaborating with team members.

Execution Skills: Utilize various sourcing methods, including Tally ERP 9, MS – Office (Word, Excel, PPT) .

Adaptability: Have good administrative, organizing, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility:
Background in BCom, BBA, MCom, or related fields are eligible.

Salary:

•If this is your first job the starting salary after appointment ranges from: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

•If you have professional experience HR will share the salary slabs in the interview process.

Commitment:
3 Years minimum
