Responsibilities: Position Summary: The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative support to the Recruiting and Human Resources functions, including ensuring the new hire process is completed accurately according to the set policies and procedures. This role is integral to the overall success of the hiring process. The coordinator is responsible for creating a positive candidate experience for our customers both internal hiring managers and externally by creating a robust experience with candidates.
Position Requirements:

Ensure data quality through auditing all pre-employment items in the ATS to ensure accuracy, compliance and consistency with internal policies and procedures
- Responsible for integral stages of the recruitment process including but not limited to: managing data entry and reviewing of requisitions, updating candidates profiles, and initiating pre-employment activities such as criminal backgrounds and drug screenings
- Assists with company recruiting efforts by screening potential candidates for job fit and assisting with all onsite recruiting activities.
- Prepares and generates simple and complex system-generated recruiting reports including time to fill, source of hire etc.
- Increases efficiency of department functionality by assessing existing processes and procedures and recommending improvements to create a more effective and efficient procedures.
- Troubleshoot customer service requests that arise from Recruiters and Hiring Managers, while proactively interacting with candidates and applicants to gather information and make recommendations for department process improvements.
- Completes day 1 check in process and reporting
Qualifications: Essential skills and experience

College degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality
- Minimum 2-4 four years of administrative support experience in a corporate HR/Recruiting department.
- Experience utilizing a ATS is required, ICIMS experience is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate high degree of professionalism, flexibility and integrity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to overall team success.
- Must demonstrate flexibility; must be able to adapt to changing business needs and the needs of the trainees.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and listening communication skills
