DAY-TO-DAY
As an Administrative Assistant - CSR, you build and maintain business relationships with clients and provide prompt service.
You have the great ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions! As needed, you perform conflict resolution, negotiations, and de-escalation.
You receive payments as well as update customer information, product pricing, and service pricing. With your organizational skills, you process orders and permits, prepare correspondence, and fulfill any other customer needs.
You are also computer proficient, successfully navigating websites and email applications. You feel good about keeping our operations efficient and keeping our customers happy!
