Chioco Design is a design-focused architectural and interiors studio that takes on a broad range of project types and scales. We are Seeking:
We are now seeking a full-time project manager that has five to ten years of experience. You should possess a high level of organization, a strong capacity for design, and a willingness to learn and grow alongside our incredible team.
This new Project Manager is responsible for developing design concepts, coordinating schedule and consultants, fostering ongoing client relationships, and overseeing the production and execution of construction drawings. You are expected to manage projects from beginning to end: developing and pitching schematic designs, assisting clients directly, producing a highly technical and detailed set of construction documents, directing a team of consultants, and providing oversight throughout construction.
- Highly organized, multi-tasked oriented, excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in: Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign
- Familiarity with various rendering programs is a plus
- Production of Construction Documents.
- Knowledge of construction standards, methods and materials.
