We are searching for a Crew Member to join our team. The Crew Member position involves various tasks at our neighborhood restaurant, including taking customer orders, preparing food, serving customers, cleaning tables and assisting servers when needed. We're looking for individuals who are able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers. Our ideal candidate has previous experience working in the restaurant industry, is well-versed in the preparation of traditional American cuisine and is available to work a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Brown and serve doughnuts while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Prepare, cook, and package food.
- Monitor and clean the work area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with other employees and customers using verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
- Recognize trends to ensure that production is on schedule.
- Follow rules set by the Food Safety Program.
- Work as part of a team.
