WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing… you get the idea)
- Ability to oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
- A creative approach to marketing (fundraisers, community-engagement, etc.)
- Passion for leadership and team development
- The ability to deliver a great guest experience
- Previous restaurant experience
- Ability to jump in and assist where needed
- The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $22.26–$31.42. You are also eligible for quarterly cash bonuses based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
