RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides a variety of administrative support tasks to the HR function and other general HR tasks. Assist with a variety of tasks related to new employee orientation and report running. Position is part-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides a variety of administrative support tasks to the HR function and other general HR tasks. Assist with a variety of tasks related to new employee orientation and report running. Position is part-time.
- Treat sensitive and confidential information responsibly
- Excellent organizational skills and be proficient in Excel
- Gathering and organizing data for weekly reports
- Able to run reports and think analytically
- The ideal candidate has experience with increasing responsibility managing and supporting employee data transactions
- Maintain electronic employee files and provide support to HR on employee file maintenance
- Make manual updates and corrections to employee records that are not currently available via the automated tool
- Work issues independently and with a high degree of initiative and brings issues to a close
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent computer and personal interaction skills
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft is desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must have a team-oriented attitude and be able to take on ad hoc responsibilities with a positive spirit
- Able to multitask and prioritize work based on critical business deadlines
- Perform duties with a sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
- Must be able to work independently and have strong problem-solving skills
- Must understand systems and be able to learn new systems by following documentation, with minimal oversight
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively, verbally and in writing
- Excellent time management and work prioritization skills
- Works efficiently, while ensuring quality and data integrity, in a fast-paced, complex environment
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary / Associate degree with 0-2 years of prior related experience
SHIFT:
Part Time- 1st Shift
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
