Job Summary
The Data Specialist will be tasked with entering data for a federal client.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Job Classification: Full Time-Hourly
Duty Station: Lakewood, CO. Remote/virtual work may be possible.
Compensation
Chloeta reserves the right to offer any candidate above or below the listed compensation amount based on experience or business needs.
- $60,000 to 80,000

Duties/Responsibilities
- Enter monthly energy utilization data for metered and non-metered records into the client's reporting application. This work also includes identifying and correcting conflicts in data collection reports, pairing meters with the corresponding assets, and accounting for the non-metered flat fee sites.
- Participate in meetings necessary to improve and implement processes that are intended to expedite the data entry process, such as working to improve tables/scripts from a third-party Energy Data Management Company.
- Assist with data entry into the Facility Asset Management System (FAMS). This includes inputting data for things such as Work Orders, Condition Assessments and Cost Deficiency Codes (Defcode).
- Enter Purchase Requests into FBMS
- Assist with data quality control efforts for FAMS data.
- Assist with auditing data contained in Ameresco.
- Correspond with customers to identify locations of utility meters.

Required Skills/Abilities
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- High level of attention to detail
- Preferred: Familiarity with Department of Interior’s Financial and Business Management System (FBMS)
Education and Experience
- Required: Associate degree in a related field
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
