My Choice Therapy is a growing Home Health Therapy company providing quality services to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for skilled and patient-focused Therapists to join our growing team! We have coverage across all of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, including the Low Desert (Palm Springs to Thermal) and High Desert (Apple Valley, Victorville, etc.)!


Open Positions: 

  • Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)
  • Speech Therapist (ST)


Choose Your Service Areas:

  • Riverside and San Bernardino Counties
  • Areas Include:
    • Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Thousand Palms, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Bermuda Dunes, Indio, Coachella, Thermal
    • Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Adelanto, and Phelan
    • Banning, Beaumont, Calimesa, Yucaipa, Corona, Eastvale, Hemet, Jurupa Valley, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Moreno Valley, Murrieta, Norco, Perris, Riverside, San Jacinto, Temecula, Wildomar
    • Chino, Chino Hills, Colton, Fontana, Grand Terrace, Highland, Loma Linda, Montclair, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands, Rialto, San Bernardino, Upland
    • Pomona, Ontario, Claremont, La Verne, San Dimas, Glendora, and surrounding areas

Required licenses/ Credentials/ Certifications:

  • CPR Certification
  • Driver’s license & Auto insurance
  • Physical Exam & TB Clearance from within 6 months
  • Professional liability insurance
  • A valid practicing license from the State of California
  • Business License or Sole Proprietorship
  • Bilingual (Not required, but preferred)
