You will be trained in a variety of different departments from sales, customer service, to customer acquisitions, and marketing. Our representative will also learn administrative skills, leadership development, and marketing techniques.
Daily responsibilities:
- Answer consumer's questions and make sure that their entire interaction with our company is seamless
- Note take on daily meetings & training
- Track daily personal & team goals
- Collaborate and strategize with the marketing team on company & department goals
- Maintain standards & protocols laid out by management
- Teach, train and develop others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
