**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled broiler/grill operator to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various culinary styles and techniques, ensuring high-quality food production and exceptional dining experiences. A mininimum of 2 years exp on the grill/broiler station.
**Responsibilities:**
- Grill proteins to order to the correct temp
- Ensure that all product is taken care of in a safe manner
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and and use FIFO
- maintain high standards for food quality
- Collaborate with management to create a memorable dining experience for customers
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a broiler or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cuts of meat are needed and the ability to butcher is a plus
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices are a plus
