The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking an experienced Bilingual Managing Producer to supervise CBN’s Spanish programming team and manage the production of TV programs for international markets.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Extensive working knowledge of television production and post production
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, with extensive cross-cultural knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of integrating content with digital platforms
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead, train and motivate staff
- Strong time-management skills with ability to conceptualize, implement, and complete a plan
- Proficient with Office365 and collaboration tools
- Strong decision-making skills with ability to make solid recommendations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong ability to demonstrate initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills
