Job Description
Summary :
Assist Human Resources with daily activities. Performs a variety of administrative / clerical functions in connection with employment, payroll benefits and human resource processes.
Responsibilities :
- Maintains consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies with appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability
- Serves as a Human Resources representative to internal and external customers
- Takes initiative and uses proper judgment to ensure that attention is given to matters of priority and confidentiality
- Maintains Human Resources counseling log when Performance Improvement Plans are received
- Keeps the Human Resources Manager informed and current on Human Resources concerns and Compliance issues
