We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Street Team Promoter, primarily responsible for managing the door at our cannabis club. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable demeanor, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and check IDs to ensure compliance with age restrictions
- Manage the entry and exit of guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Distribute free samples of cannabis products to guests
- Engage with street traffic to promote the club and attract new customers
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area
- Assist with crowd control and ensuring a safe environment for all guests
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
