Job Overview
The FMLA Leave Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations regarding FMLA, administering FMLA leave requests, company leave donation program, short-term and long-term disability plans and providing support to employees and managers throughout the FMLA process.

Job Requirements
Mandatory :
High school diploma or equivalent.
3) years of experience in administration of leave (FMLA / ADA) for multi-state employer.
2) years of Human Resources experience exhibiting a broad understanding of HR processes and procedures.
Advanced skills in spreadsheet, database, and presentation software skills; primarily MS Office Suite.
