Dealer Suppor Specialist

Position Responsibilities:

· Utilize customer service best practices to process purchase orders, price quotes, returns and requests for credit according to established departmental policies.

· Organize and maintain internal databases.

· Maintain current knowledge of CHUMS policies and procedures.

· Exhibit polite, timely, and professional communication via all channels (phone, e-mail, mail, etc).

· Support the sales team by actively participating in all internal sales efforts.

· Answer incoming phone calls.

· Maintain up to date knowledge of CHUMS products.

· Provide introductory information to new customers.

· Ensure customer’s expectations are exceeded (follow up too).

· Communicating with current customers RE new product, sales programs, etc.

· Provide timely, accurate, and efficient solutions to customer’s problems and concerns.

· Troubleshooting common issues with all things CHUMS.

· Working with fellow Customer Service personal to solve problems and improve performance.

· Other various duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent education required.

· Minimum 1 year of customer service or clerical experience.

· Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, SPS Commerce, SAGE 100ERP and Adobe Acrobat (If no working knowledge, willingness to learn).

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Must be able to read and write English fluently.

· Intermediate math with the ability to calculate discounts and margins as it pertains to sales.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Impeccable attention to detail.

· Punctual and dependable.

· Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

· Adaptability/flexibility to change as company requires.

$17.00/hour DOQ
