We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our Team! We are a small family business and pride ourselves in possessing a very inclusive, family like environment. Bookkeeper/Office Manager:
Accounts receivable management through creating and submitting invoices to clients
Billing and invoicing clients
Ensure accuracy of client records from point of billing, invoicing and completing client reporting
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Assist with material procurement.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Working with Operations Manager on overseeing various building needs and services
Managing office/building supply ordering and inventory
Managing IT resources
Daily Bank Reconciliations
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Process bi-weekly payroll in our PEO system.
Check financial data, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
Month end closing activities
Generate weekly/monthly financial reports.
Conduct reconciliations of all accounts monthly
Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
Prepare Financial Statements
Support A/R and A/P activities
Regular interaction with all departments and staff
Have familiarity with Human Resources to support as needed but communicate through our PEO to handle matters.
Ability to see weaknesses in processes, controls and systems. Formulate suggested solutions to improve overall financial health of data
Track trade spend / deduction management by customers.
