What are the responsibilities and job description for the Department HR Generalist 1 position at Church Employment?
The purpose of this role is to support HR core/essential work with an emphasis on compliance functions for one or more department requiring entry level professional knowledge.
Employees at this level work under direct supervision, have beginning to working knowledge, and handle basic issues and problems.
This person reports to the Provo, MTC’s Department HR Manager with frequent partnership with other Missionary and HR Department leaders.
