```Duties```
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the cash register
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes
- Upsell additional menu items or promotions to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens
- Restock inventory and ensure proper rotation of products
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer situations with professionalism and courtesy
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques is a plus
