Job Description:
- Perform final component installation and systems operational functional testing.
- Perform rework, modification, maintenance, preflight, and post-flight checks for delivery.

- Cimarron employees are required to follow federal, state, and local laws regarding COVID-19 practices, as well as customer requirements.
- Experience with preflight and post-flight troubleshooting and working on live aircraft.
- Ability to work safely with the highest quality and integrity.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance and repair.
- Experience with major dispatch services.
- Knowledge of live aerospace vehicle operations, environment, and support, including pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and propulsion systems operations.
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes, policies, culture, and standard practices (e.g., return to service, normal duties/responsibilities, time constraints, available resources) in order to effectively represent the operator within the company.
- Knowledge of responsibilities and tasks performed by various Operations departments and/or disciplines (e.g., Fabrication, Assembly, Tooling, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering).
- Knowledge of the interactions between departments/disciplines and how their products/processes affect one another and impact non-operations processes (e.g., Engineering, Business, Logistics).
- Knowledge of quality systems (e.g., the inspection process, quality procedures).
- Knowledge of regulatory authorities (e.g., FAA, JAA, UK CAA) rules, regulations, flight test procedures, and philosophy.
- Ability to stand, lift up to 35 lbs. and climb stairs.
- Ability to work outside in the elements 100% of the time and work outside on the Flightline in all seasons.
- 787 or composite aircraft experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience such as Vocational School and/or an Associate's degree.
