What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Kit Specialist position at Cinderella, Inc.?

Position Objective: Manage Pool Kit orders from rough draft to delivery. Working closely with dealers, Cinderella team and manufacturers, to deliver a perfect pool kit every time. Knowledge of swimming pool construction and/or general construction knowledge is helpful.

Position Overview:

  • Work with dealer to create accurate pool drawings, liner specifics, complete misc. package and gather accurate delivery dates and addresses.
  • Convert above dealer information into complete and accurate system orders and POs.
  • Maintain pool kit delivery calendar working closely with Cinderella operations to deliver realistic promises to the dealer.
  • Monitor orders and POs for any issues that may delay the pool kit and communicate them to the necessary persons.
  • Keep consistent communications to Cinderella operations and the dealer to ensure flawless execution and delivery on every kit. (e.g.: back ordered product, auto cover pick-up, branch transfers, schedule changes, delivery expectations, etc.)
  • Occasionally assist with pool kit prep and delivery
  • Demonstrate internal and external customer service
  • Perform other duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Grand Rapids, MI 49534: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
