Ciocca Dealerships is looking to add an experienced Parts Manager to our growing team! We are looking for individuals with proven success in running a fast-paced, profitable parts department. $80K - $100K per year potential!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assesses present and future needs, trends, and profit opportunities of the parts department
- Establishes short and long-term operating and financial objectives within the Company’s overall plans and policies.
- Manages the shipping and receiving of orders
- Oversees ordering and maintaining parts inventory
- Reviews and appraises the results of the activities within the departments and takes appropriate action, as necessary.
- Selects, coaches, leads, trains, and supervises parts personnel
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Experience as a Parts Manager in the dealership setting required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done
- Ability to run the department as a business
- Encourage and protect positive culture
- Extremely focused on following and guarding company/manufacturer processes
