Job Summary - Sales Account Manager for a local IT Company (**Must live in Charlotte, NC**)

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Experience in full-cycle sales in IT Technology with a focus on Manages IT Services.
- Proven background in developing accounts through prospecting for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking to manage the entire business development pipeline from initial sales call through close.
- Emphasis on New Business Development (hunting)
- Sell, identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Strong background in fostering relationships internally and leveraging those to potential clients
- Strong knowledge selling in managed services, IT service desk, IT Operations, software development, Staffing, and Support services.
- Experience to become knowledgeable about the strategic business value of the services provided within each line of business in order to effectively cross-sell all our IT services & solutions
- Strong ability to coordinate with operations and executive team members to pursue sales leads, negotiate terms, quickly obtain client feedback, and initiate closing of the sale.
- Organized handoff to account executives, providing leadership for client-specific issues and liaison for future sales.
- Master at maintaining records of all communication and activities in customer relationship management salesforce or hubspot (CRM) tool, and make reports available for status meetings
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction

ideal Candidate
- 3 to 8 years as a full-cycle sales executive
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Ready to hit the ground running
Experience:
- Information Technology: 3 years (Preferred)
- Account Management: 5 years (Required)
- Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
- Sales oriented focus with consultative experience in IT is preferred
- Pro-active, self-starter with excellent time management and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic and a passion for technology, people, and processes
- Must have an extreme hunger to be successful
- Must comprehend the technology and how technology enables business productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Location: Charlotte, NC Region - Must live in the area.
