We’re looking for a driven and motivated marketer to join our Global Marketing team. You’ll be a key contributor, working together with our team to help build our Circle K Fuel brand, improve consumer experiences, and drive growth across the business.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our fuel products in the North American market. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, North America Fuel, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, generate traffic, and contribute to revenue growth. This position requires an understanding of marketing basics, social media, as well as analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, owned media, and on-site.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on the fuel category to identify market trends and opportunities for growth on social media.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams and external media agencies, including writing briefs and providing constructive feedback, to develop compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Work closely with our Business Units across North America to coordinate all activities, provide support and ensure effective implementation with high success rates.
- Collaborate closely with global teams and local/regional support departments, including Marketing & Merchandising teams, Loyalty/Digital teams, Category Management teams, Global Analytics, Procurement, etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing.
- Interest in learning the North American market and fuel category.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and the quality of work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships.
