What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Associate position at Circle K?
POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist in the accurate processing of weekly payroll. Assist in designated payroll projects. The Payroll Associate supports the company goals by focusing on personal and department accountability, customer service and work efficiency.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all operational personnel
- Accurate data entry
- Assist in the processing of the weekly payroll
- Maintain regional store responsibilities
- Accurate follow-thru of payroll guidelines
- Process special request checks
- Handle other payroll administrative duties and responsibilities as directed
- Handle various other duties as may be assigned
- Collaborate with payroll team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Effectively manages multiple priorities
- Takes initiative and works efficiently
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Prioritize daily requests
- Multi-task
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to operate computer keyboard for data entry
- Ability to hear and speak for store support service via telephone
