What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Enablement Manager position at Circle?
What you’ll be responsible for:
As a member of the Circle Revenue Strategy & Operations team, you will play a critical role in executing our go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with all of Circle’s customer-facing teams, ensuring that Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Customer Care (among others) have the information and the tactical support they need to be effective. You will master the Circle pitch, own the distribution and utilization of sales collateral and key resources, and work closely with field sales reps to support deal strategy and management.
What you'll work on:
- You will master and influence the constant improvement of Circle’s sales pitch
- You will ensure sales reps have access to collateral and information necessary for selling and supporting Circle’s products in the market
- You will work closely with Product Marketing and Revenue team leadership to ensure important changes and developments are communicated to customer-facing teams
- You will conduct trainings, workshops, and office hours sessions to help customer-facing Circlers of all seniority levels improve their customer/prospect skills
- You will assist the Revenue Strategy & Operations team in the creation of an updated onboarding and certification program for customer-facing team members

What you’ll bring to Circle:
- 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with 2 years of dedicated Sales Enablement experience in software and/or finance. Quota-carrying sales experience of your own is a big plus.
- A strong interest in the future of global payments and, preferably, a background in Fintech.
- A natural curiosity and deep care for understanding the business strategy of Circle customers. You are capable of initiating and engaging in strategic conversations at multiple levels of the organization.
- Great presentation skills and ability to confidently deliver presentations and workshops on constantly-evolving product and personal material.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS preferred.
