What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Ecosystem Marketing Manager, Web3 position at Circle?
What you’ll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for a Sr. Ecosystem Marketing Manager to support the launch and activations of our Web3 ecosystem partners. In collaboration mainly with our Alliances, Marketing and Product teams, this individual will build, execute, and iterate an integrated marketing strategy to launch and activate our partnerships with blockchains, wallets, and decentralized applications to grow USDC in circulation and drive usage of Circle products.
What you'll work on:
- Owning the go-to-market launch of our blockchain partnerships through facilitation of press releases, co-marketing, and sales training.
- Being the SME of each blockchain and wallet partner to our internal teams including uncovering ecosystem insights and advocating for their needs.
- Identifying new co-marketing and activation opportunities with blockchains, wallets, applications and other web3 ecosystem partners
- Partnering with Product and Alliances to develop and execute multi-pronged partner activation strategy.
- Creating technical marketing materials (i.e. pitch decks, collaterals, webinars, case studies, sales training docs) on USDC and Circle Products for our web3 partners.

What you’ll bring to Circle:
- 10 years of relevant work experience within product marketing, partnership marketing, and/or product management.
- Prior experience in crypto, fintech, or payments; strong understanding and knowledge of blockchains and wallets are preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge, with ability to dive into technical topics but also understand and communicate the bigger picture.
- Experienced in building trust and influencing Marketing, Product, Engineering, BD, Sales, and other teams to achieve a common goal.
- Possess a “can-do” attitude. Owning a problem or project excites you and empowers you to take 100% responsibility to achieving your goal.
- Thrive in situations of ambiguity and can execute in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Crypto is constantly evolving, what you worked on last month might not be what you work on today, and that’s exciting to you!
- Have an inexhaustible desire to learn. You want to be a pro at the frontier of industry defining tech like DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web3.
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
