Business Operations Manager
The business operations manager works across departments to align teams, set goals, execute initiatives and improve processes — helping the organization run efficiently and effectively.
This position works closely and is responsible for the success of the marketing, sales, customer service, studio and back office management team.
In addition, you will handle:
Sales Enrollment: Take the lead in guiding and empowering the Customer Service Team to maximize potential across the client journey. Your role involves critically assessing, refining, and enhancing the process from lead acquisition to client conversion, utilizing strategic customer support, nurturing, and targeted outreach.
You will play a crucial role in achieving specific target numbers vital for reaching our quarterly sales goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Marketing team to coordinate on upcoming events and align on enrollment objectivesScheduling studio classes and specialty events that are not only in demand, but are accessible and make our studio profitable.
Scheduling: Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing staff schedules, managing time off requests, and administering program budgets to optimize operational efficiency.
Recruitment, Hiring, Onboarding, Training, and provide HR: work with the owner/CEO to determine if or when there is a need for new recruits and be a part of the process in integrating them into the team.
Building positive rapport and relationships with students among the staff teams. Promoting and supporting a healthy and thriving culture in the workplace.
You are a good fit for this position if you:
- Minimum 3 years experience managing a team of 5 or more people
- Enthusiastically sales-driven and experienced with hitting KPI goals and targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at picking up new technologies and using them to inform decision-making (if you know Mindbody, that’s a plus!)
- Experience working in Boutique Fitness Industry is a plus
- Familiarity with recruiting, and hiring is a plus

What we offer you:
This is a full time role of 40 hour work week with a salary between $50,000-$60,000 based on experience.
- Work onsite 75% and remote 25% of your time
