This internship will take place onsite in Duluth, MN from May 2024 through August 2024.
Job Description:

The Client Technologies Intern is responsible for supporting the ongoing Information Technology needs of all Cirrus employees. The position provides guidance for all aspects of end-user computing. The position has superior troubleshooting capabilities, and outstanding customer service and support skills. This position builds, customizes, tests, implements, maintains and/or enhances a variety of hardware and software systems. The Information Center Help Desk is a dynamic environment which offers exposure to many technologies across all Cirrus Aircraft business units. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Demonstrated Proficiencies/Skills/Abilities:
- Familiar with computer operating systems and applications.
- Great interpersonal skills to promote excellent service with customers and excellent teamwork with co-workers.

- Good written and verbal communications skills; able to explain complex concepts in terms and conditions familiar to customers and teammates of all ranks.
