This opportunity is located in Duluth MN, North Dallas TX, Knoxville, TN, Phoenix AZ East Valley, or Grand Forks, ND.

Summary:
Team member will be responsible for developing and maintaining master program schedules, identifying critical path, and forecasting resource requirements. The Master Scheduler reports to the Program Manager and will routinely interface with Engineering, and the cross-functional program team.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Maintain master project schedule(s) for platforms and programs
- Work with program managers and project engineers to develop, integrate, and maintain project schedules
- Work closely with resource managers and program managers to assign work, identify resource gaps, and critical path items
- Provide weekly reports to communicate upcoming deliverables and resource forecasts
- Develop and maintain MS Project Enterprise calendars, lookup tables, custom fields, templates, reports, & filters
- Add, edit, archive MS Project Enterprise users and resources
- Provide user support for troubleshooting MS Project issues
- Train project team members, program managers, and resource managers in MS Project Enterprise
- Works to understand the Cirrus New Product Introduction System (NPIS) a phased gating system methodology for project and reporting standards.
- Support development of Power BI reports
- Work closely with Program Managers and IT to continuously improve the MS Project Enterprise environment
- Create standard project tools, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop heuristic models to drive predictability of future project plans.
- Responsible for data management and analysis of project metrics.
- Managing project schedules requires extreme attention to detail with a high level of accuracy required.
Qualifications

- PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years project scheduling experience preferably in a product development, or engineering environment
- Expertise with MS Project Desktop, & Enterprise
- Experience with resource loading schedules
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university. (highly desirable but not required)
- Experience performing MS Project Enterprise / PWA administrative functions (highly desirable but not required)
- Experience with integrating MS Project with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and TEAMS
- Project coordination or project management experience preferred
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision.
