Minimum Requirements
* Bachelors in Computer Science or realted field 7 years related experience of IT experience is required, or Master's degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience.
* Familiar with Requirements tracking, backlog grooming, and requirements prioritization processes across multiple IT/Business partners.
* Process and systems background with knowledge and experience in agile project methodologies.

Preferred Skills
* Basic data analysis skills, MongoDB/ Oracle knowledge is a plus, self-starter who can work both independently and multi-functionally
* Experience in Test management and E2E integration testing.
* Good knowledge on Software Test Life Cycle and Defect Life Cycle.
* Experienced working on Transformation and Enhancement requirements
