The Research division is expanding and we are seeking energetic candidates eager to begin a rewarding career as an Investigative Support Associate. Core duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Engage candidates to gather supporting documents or information pre-background screen
- Assist candidates with dispute process under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
- Utilize in-house system for input of information
- Support the RFI process via email or phone contact
- Explain dispute process to candidates, guiding them through the system

- 3-5 years’ prior customer service experience, including high-volume inbound calls
- Experience responding to escalated calls/customer complaints and providing resolutions
- Must demonstrate knowledge of the FCRA and pass FCRA Basic Certification Program
- Ensure adherence to policies, regulations and processes, ability to exercise sound judgement and reasoning, and resolve problems
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, email, internet and computer based applications
- Must have strong time management skills, the ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Active listening skills
- Typing skills
