What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN Charge Nurse position at Citadel Post-Acute?
Citadel Post Acute is looking to hire an LPN Charge Nurse full time 12 hour shifts for day shift 6a-6p. Set schedules with alternating weekends. Long term care/ Rehab experience is preferred. At Citadel Post Acute, each of our patients are VIP. We do our best to treat them as they deserve and how we've been trained..
Duties may include but are not limited to providing care for patients, passing medications, and communicating with providers and families to get our patients healed and back in the community as soon as possible.
